Booking Confirmation:
Reservations can be made through the provided links on our website. Clicking on any of these links will redirect you to the respective platform for booking. Your reservation will be confirmed once you complete the booking process through your chosen platform.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified during the booking process.
Your reservation is not guaranteed until payment is received and a booking confirmation is issued.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific booking platform and time of year.

Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.
Minimum Stay:
During the months of July, August, and September, a minimum reservation duration of one week is required.
For the rest of the year, the minimum stay is two nights.
Longer stays may be subject to special rates and conditions.
In addition to standard bookings, companies may inquire about renting the property for a single day for promotional purposes. Special events may also be hosted for a day. Prices for one-day rentals for such purposes will be discussed via email.
Check-in and Check-out:
Guests have the flexibility to choose their check-in time, provided that it falls between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Please note that check-ins outside of this timeframe must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Additional charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out.
Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy for each accommodation is clearly stated during the booking process.
Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
Pet Policy:

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests are only permitted to smoke outdoors. To maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property, we kindly request that guests use a designated container for disposing of cigarette remnants. In the event of a smoking policy violation, a fee or extra charge may be added for any damage incurred.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit may be required for certain accommodations. This deposit is refundable, subject to property inspection after check-out.
